Our Commitment to our Customers

ForeoneTwo Golf embraces the importance of delivering products to our customers in a timely manner and transparent presentation of shipping options and rates. ForeOneTwo Golf has several protocols in place to ensure customers enjoy a great shopping experience from product selection through order delivery. We continuously evaluate the performance of our freight carriers to ensure they are as committed to quality as we are. To that end, we only utilize freight carriers (USPS, UPS and Federal Express), that offer prompt tracking information to our customers and real-time package status visibility from pick-up to package delivery. Finally, because we know you want your golf products delivered quickly, we commit that all orders containing in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be processed within 2-4 business days of the upcoming week.

Delivery Guidelines

Estimated delivery dates for products shipped via expedited shipping options (next day, two-day and three-day services) are expressed in numbers of business days, not calendar days. Such shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays but will instead be delivered during the following work week.

Residential customer deliveries are made by our carriers: USPS, UPS, Federal Express).

Shipping Rates

We charge flat rate $9.99 economy shipping for all orders shipped within the continental U.S. when standard/economy selected at checkout. Excludes shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, and expedited shipments (3-day, 2-day and next day).

Free shipping is provided for customers in the continental United States that meet certain order level thresholds as prominently displayed on the website. The Economy freight service level must be selected to receive the free shipping promotion. Excludes shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

Orders for customers that reside in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: We do not offer ground service to these locations due to geographic limitations associated with these locations. A flat rate of $34.99 is charged for all 3-day minimum expedited customer deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns or exchanges accepted on used or worn merchandise. Must be in original packaging. All tags must be attached. No returns accepted on Sale or Holiday items. No returns or adjustments after 30 days from the date of order. No exceptions.

Refunds will be issued on full priced, new with tag merchandise, and given in the way the items were purchased (the original card charged will be the card refunded), when returned in the 30 days from date of order.

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, you must contact us to process the return: [email protected]Please do not ship items back to us without approval, because a return or exchange will not be able to be processed.

Items approved for returns or exchange that were purchased online are to be mailed back to: Returns/Exchanges - 1188 Country Club Road, Monongahela, PA 15063.

  1. Package the item in original packaging.
  2. Include a copy of the packing slip and RMA# provided via email by customer service. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
  3. Upon inspection, a refund or an exchange will be processed within 2-4 business days. Payment will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you are exchanging an item, we will mail the new item out as soon as possible and email you the tracking number.

Items purchased or picked up in store may be brought back to our flagship store in Monongahela, PA.

Damages

If an item arrives broken or damaged:  Please do not ship items back to us without approval.

  1. Take a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Email the photo to [email protected]
  3. Customer Service will respond within 24 - 36 hours (excluding weekends).
  4. If approved for return/exchange: Items approved for returns or exchange that were purchased online are to be mailed back to: DAMAGES - 1188 Country Club Road, Monongahela, PA 15063.
  5. Package the item in its original packaging.
